01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the aah77 platform (accessible at aah77.net), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the aah77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the aah77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your aah77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify aah77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your aah77 account.

aah77 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

aah77 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your aah77 account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• aah77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified aah77 account.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• aah77 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, subject to verification requirements.
• aah77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

aah77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• aah77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or the use of multiple accounts will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

06 Gameplay Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aah77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the aah77 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the aah77 platform.
• Using the aah77 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the aah77 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your aah77 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward aah77 staff or other players.

08 Responsible Gaming

aah77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their aah77 account settings at any time.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the aah77 platform for personal recreational purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any aah77 content without prior written consent.
• You may not use the aah77 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aah77 platform.

• aah77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.
• aah77 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or circumstances beyond aah77's reasonable control.
• In all cases, aah77's maximum aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Termination

aah77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A player's request for self-exclusion.
• A regulatory directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.

13 Disputes

If you have a dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account matter on the aah77 platform, you must first contact aah77 customer support via live chat or email within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute.

• aah77 will investigate all disputes in good faith and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
• aah77's decision on all gameplay and transaction disputes is final, subject to any applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process.
• Players who remain unsatisfied after exhausting aah77's internal dispute process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

14 Amendments

aah77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aah77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the aah77 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aah77's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

aah77 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR regulations form part of the legal framework governing their use of the aah77 platform.
